Who we are
This policy covers the Always Forever Young Video Analytics & Growth Advisor (“the tool”), a private application operated by Paula and Scott of Always Forever Young for their own channels. The tool is not offered to the public.
What this website collects
Nothing. This website is two static pages. It has no accounts, forms, cookies, analytics or advertising.
What the tool accesses
With our own permission, the tool reads data about our own YouTube channel through Google's YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API. It requests three read-only permissions:
youtube.readonly: our video list, titles, publish dates and durations.yt-analytics.readonly: our channel and video performance numbers (views, watch time, audience size and similar).yt-analytics-monetary.readonly: our own revenue figures.
The tool cannot upload, edit, delete or comment on anything. We also import performance numbers from our other accounts (TikTok, Instagram and Facebook) as exported files for the same internal purpose.
How we use it
The data is used only to show us how our videos are performing, to forecast trends, and to suggest what to make next. We do not use it for advertising, we do not build profiles of individuals, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models. The tool does not collect personal information about our viewers, only aggregate numbers that YouTube reports to us as the channel owners.
Storage and security
The data is stored in a database on a computer we own, on our private network. Access to the tool requires sign-in and is limited to the two owners. The tool's connection to YouTube is held as an authorization token stored on that same computer, which we can revoke at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share this data with anyone. The one exception is an optional feature that writes a plain-English summary of our reports: when we use it, the totals in that report (for example, views for a month) are sent to Anthropic's API solely to produce the summary. Nothing is sent for any other purpose. The tool's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Retention and deletion
We keep the numbers for as long as they are useful for tracking the channel's history. You can revoke the tool's access to a Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To ask us to delete data we hold, contact us below.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above.
